I am Henry, and with Ben, we’re so excited to introduce DearFlow to all of you today!
We are two young tech visionaries driven by a passion to build something that would change the world. Embarking on our own startup journey at the age of 14 or so, we've seen firsthand how technology can both empower and overwhelm.
Fate brought us together on a random adventure. Together, we built our first product to automate tasks and free up time for more high-value work. However, just like other AI tools requiring constant prompting and endless tweaking, it inadvertently increased overall workload, adding more to the users’ stress.
It was a wake-up call. We knew there had to be a better way.
That’s why we created Flora, a proactive AI assistant that doesn’t just help you. She acts on your behalf.

1) The App is out of Beta and Live but we are onboarding small batches of people over time in order to get all the final bugs out.
2) We are being CASA verified at the moment due to our integration with google - in short we do not have access to read your emails. I am happy to jump on a call - or a discord chat with anyone that wants to learn more about our technology stack. https://calendly.com/benjamin-dearflow/30min
3) Your data will lay on a server in Germany/Frankfurt.

5) Currently its free to use! We are planning to put a monthly subscription in place soon. Yet, we will have a free tier for ever for basic features & limited availability.
6) Currently we only integrate with gmail. Our roadmap has more email clients coming though so stay tuned!
