@brennan_poole Thanks for the honest feedback, much appreciated! We have tons of interesting ideas to explore (don't all startups ;)) - we have actually been experimenting with a conversational interface on Facebook and our website. I'm pretty certain that the next big change to dad.do will be around how we deliver and interact with our fellow dads.

Hey @Fredrik, This is a cool product idea, I live in Phuket and just signed up, let’s see what Dad bot can come up with ;-) A couple remarks on the signup form: On the question “What are you interested in?”, What to answer? I mean it’s a website to find new stuff to do, so I am rather open to new experiences in fields that don’t interest me at the moment but that might interest me if there’s something cool to do with the kids! Also, is it about what I am interested in or about the kids? As a result, I just checked all choices. Maybe that might work better if you turned the question the other way around: “Anything you DO NOT want to do?” or “We will propose things to do in many categories, but you can pick your favorites so we search harder for these”

Thanks for the feedback @romainbarissat - I'm certain that the dad-bot will find some fun things to do for your in Phuket! The idea with us capturing interests is that they are used when the dad-bot searches for things to do near you, see what other dads that share similar interests are doing. We will of course add some variation to it to make sure to send you things that are not covered by your selected interests.

Hey PH, Fredrik here from Stockholm, 🇸🇪 currently on paid parental leave, Sweden is quite an awesome place to have kids in! Being a dad of now two kids, I often found myself on a Saturday morning with no plans of things to do with the kids, that means we usually end up going to our regular spots. Which, to be honest can become boring at times. In a nutshell, this is how dad.do works: - Sign up and let us know a little bit about you - dad.do will find things to do and send you a weekly tips email - Let us know what you did so that we can improve the tips for next weekend The product is in public beta and I would love to get your feedback! Will try to be responsive in the comments, but being on paternity leave means that there are times I have more important things to tend to.
