Hello everyone!, I'm Sean, here with Brian and the rest of the team and we’re so excited to introduce CustomerIQ! We built CustomerIQ to help teams leverage their customer notes and feedback to align teams, prioritize work, and drive revenue. We do this by aggregating all your customer feedback, from CRM notes to call transcripts to support tickets, extracting and quantifying customer highlights, using clustering/classification models to organize highlights, then layer a powerful AI assistant to brainstorm with, accelerate projects. and create content. Every team starts their work from customer needs. Sales teams identify needs and position your solution. Marketers use customer feedback to inform messaging. Product teams capture feedback, prioritize work, and scope requirements. CX folks help customer navigate the product and pass feedback to product. The cycle repeats. To find these insights teams have to scour through CRM notes, Google docs, support tickets, reviews, run surveys, or schedule customer interviews. Sales teams take time to prepare for pipeline reviews. They scramble together handoff docs to summarize needs for customer success. Product teams schedule standing meetings with CX to hear what's happening. Heck, product teams even duplicate research talking to customers about the same things! We realized that 80%+ of the data you need to craft your message, inform a new feature, or improve a service already exists but it’s locked in our CRM, call transcripts, help desks, Google drive, or even external websites. If only there was a way to extract these insights or search across all our customer touch points.... Enter, CustomerIQ. CustomerIQ brings all these customer touch points into one place, then uses AI to extract highlights, discover and quantify trends, and launch revenue-generating initiatives. @ashwinaravind Thank you! And great question. Everything you create with our AI Assistant has highlights cited in-line with links that look like '[CIQ-3463]' - you can click on these to open the underlying source and determine the accuracy for your self. This is probably my favorite feature we built and part of @brian_marks genius.

@max_kamyshev Thank you! Right now we support Zapier (connects you to over 5k apps) and natively support Hubspot, Zendesk, G2, and Gong. That said we're spinning up new integrations on-demand in just a few days so let us know what you need!
