CREDevSim is a desktop LP/GP waterfall engine for CRE developers, GPs, and analysts. Enter your capital stack, debt structure, and lease-up assumptions and watch IRR, promote, and capital calls solve in real time.
Would love to see a sensitivity toggle that lets you flex just one assumption at a time, like rent or cap rate, while holding everything else constant. Basically a tornado chart view on top of the live solve would make scenario review way faster for LP meetings.

The split-screen layout with the capital stack on the left and the live IRR/promote outputs solving as you tweak assumptions is genuinely useful for stress-testing deals. Feels built by people who have actually stared at a waterfall model at 11pm.
