Craftplan is a self-hosted ERP for artisanal manufacturers. Manage recipes, inventory, orders, production, and purchasing in one place. Track allergens, forecast demand, and get accurate costing. No SaaS fees.

Hey everyone. I built Craftplan as a gift for my wife, who was planning to open her own micro-bakery. We looked at what's out there and the software options were surprisingly expensive for what they do. The workflows aren't that complex, but the price tags act like they are.
So I built it myself. All the features and flows were tailored to what she actually needed: managing recipes with accurate costing, tracking inventory by lot, planning production batches, processing orders, and keeping an eye on what materials to reorder. I figured if it fits her needs, it probably fits a lot of other small-batch manufacturers too. So I'm releasing it for free.
Craftplan is a self-hosted, open-source ERP for small-scale manufacturers:
Catalog & BOMs - versioned recipes with automatic cost rollups across materials, labor, and overhead
Production planning - schedule batches, print make sheets, consume materials from tracked lots
Inventory - lot traceability, allergen/nutrition tracking, demand forecasting, reorder alerts
Orders & CRM - process orders, allocate to batches, generate invoices
Purchasing - create POs, receive into stock with automatic lot creation
Tech stack is Elixir + Ash Framework + Phoenix LiveView + PostgreSQL. Everything runs in a single Docker container (or via Docker Compose with bundled Postgres and S3-compatible storage).
AGPLv3, fully open source. Deploy in a few minutes: https://puemos.github.io/craftplan/docs/self-hosting/
