Cracked Engineers

Hey guys! I've built a job platform for technical roles called "Cracked Engineers". :) If you want to land a job with some of the world's best AI/tech startups - my goal is to make this the go-to place for you. Some of the best AI startups already posted their jobs posts: Unsloth AI (fine-tune LLMs efficiently), Julius (analyze your data with AI), Weaviate (open-source vector db), Jimini Health (mental health LLM fused with certified clinicians), etc. So, why did I build it? Well, over the past period a lot of fellow founders were asking me to help them with hiring ML/tech talent. Since I have access to pools of extremely talented engineers and researchers I managed to help some of them, but it really doesn't scale, so I wanted to automate as much as possible! I'm also announcing a weekly tech jobs newsletter that will be sent directly to your email inbox every Thursday - you can subscribe on your dashboard only to job post tags you care about (just login into the platform via your GitHub): e.g. "CUDA", "Triton", "MLOps", "Software Engineering", "LLMs", etc. On the flip side - for companies that want to share a job post: i'll be sending you weekly updates on the number of views/applicants, etc. to help you hire the most cracked engineering talent. It's also super simple to post a job: AI helps you fill up the whole form in a minute and you're ready to post! AI also helps you review your job post and catch occasional typos, etc. Quick note on platform's design/style/vibes: I wanted to make it the least corporate as much as possible. This platform is about 3 AI features away from replacing hiring managers. I was initially skeptical of the level of automation, but getting used to the new flows was surprisingly straightforward, and once you do the AI does speed things up substantially. The quality of engineers and researchers we've seen apply is top-notch, I'm guessing in large part because of @gordicaleksa's network. I would recommend this platform to a friend!
