CRA Mind Space is not just another task tracker — it’s the first dashboard built by a Clinical Research Associate, for CRAs, with real GCP-based logic and a deep understanding of how cognitive overload impacts our work.
Unlike tools like Veeva, which are built for sponsor oversight, CRA Mind Space is designed to support the CRA’s actual workflow. When you enter a task, the system automatically categorizes and prioritizes it based on GCP-aligned rules — no manual sorting needed. You can log time, switch between site views, store reusable templates, and generate instant summaries of what you’ve done.

This isn’t a startup backed by funding. It’s something I built to protect my own focus, rebuild my motivation, and quietly prove to myself that I still belonged in this role. I’m most proud that it came from a place of healing, growth, and curiosity.
