Hi everyone 👋 I’m Ian, founder and engineer of CPAAutomation.ai, joined by co-founder Ray Sang!
I built this after watching my mom, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), spend hours analyzing contracts and reviewing client documents. It felt crazy that accountants were still doing so much manual work when automation tools already existed for developers and designers.
So I set out to build a workspace just for CPAs: one where you can drag in a folder or forward an email, and everything gets extracted, analyzed, and exported automatically.
This launch marks the end of our extraction and analysis phase of development! CPAAutomation can now handle complex folders, ZIP archives, and custom templates with real-time visibility and privacy by design.
Our free Continuing Professional Education (CPE) tracker will be our next launch later this year. From there, we’ll introduce a series of new solutions leading up to our long-term milestone: CPA Vibe Agents, natural-language workflow builders designed to connect every part of a CPA’s work.

@ray_sang That's right! Email + Google Drive automations are just the beginning as we gather initial feedback. Down the road, we'll integrate with Microsoft 365 and accounting platforms like QuickBooks and Xero.
