I also learned from my friends working in HR that the cover letter is often the make or break when equally good candidates are compared. Here, it is very important how the personal skills is valuable for the respective role. Hence, when writing a cover letter, tailoring it to the job description is crucial. However, who got time for spending hours on cover letters (specifically, if you are in an urgent need for a job and need to send out out dozens of applications). Covercraft makes it very easy for everyone to create tailored cover letters. Just copy paste the content of your CV, copy-paste the content of the job description and select a language. In in just under 1 minute you will have a highly converting cover letter as suggested by GPT-4, the most advanced language model created by OpenAI Of course, I would like to make the further development much more user-centric and take into account all your feedback so the tool becomes very handy for people currently in the application process.
