Oh i like this! I drink a lot of red wine and have a number of wines in my collection. To be able to drink a glass from a single bottle knowing I can come back to it months later would be amazing.

I think it's great for restaurants to be able to offer the wines by the bottle only now in a glass, but at home, once you decide to open a bottle, you commit to it...part of the fun to enjoy the moment
