Confidence Check

See if your team actually believes the plan before execution

Many plans fail even when everything looks right. Everyone agrees, no objections, and the decision is “done.” Yet execution slows, momentum drops, and follow through weakens. Not because the plan was bad but because belief was never surfaced. Confidence Check helps teams sense real confidence before execution begins by asking one simple question: “How confident are we this will actually work?” Not to debate or blame, just to learn early and avoid silent failure.

What do you think? …

Maker Here! I’m the maker behind Confidence Check. I built this after seeing too many plans fail quietly not because they were bad but because people didn’t fully believe they’d work. Everyone agreed, no one objected, and execution still slowed weeks later. Confidence Check is my attempt to surface that signal early. Not to debate or blame, just to learn before committing time and energy. This is still evolving and I’d genuinely love your feedback: - Does this problem feel familiar? - When do you usually realize confidence was low before or after execution starts? - What would make this more useful in real team settings? Thanks for taking a look and sharing your thoughts.

@proxiesapi this is a real thing. sat in meetings where everyone nodded yes but you could feel nobody was actually convinced. then weeks later the project dies quietly.

surfacing doubt early instead of after the damage is done makes sense.

how do people submit their confidence? anonymous voting? and does it show results to everyone or just the lead?
