That said, we’re still continuously improving the accuracy, especially under tricky lighting or lower-quality camera settings. One part helps the system "see" the image clearly, while the other helps it "think" and recognize patterns. Together, they make it possible to analyze things like skin tones or textures in a smart, reliable way.
For skin detection, the AI looks at the colors and patterns in the image, kind of like how your eyes notice skin tones. It breaks the image down into tiny color dots, finds areas that match natural skin color ranges, and then focuses on those regions. It can adjust for lighting, shadows, or different skin types, making the analysis accurate across all kinds of people.
This app is super intuitive! It makes checking my skin tone and finding the right colors so easy. I can already see how helpful this will be when shopping. Excited to see ColourSense partner with brands in the future! Being able to see which clothes suit me right inside the app would be a game-changer. 🚀
