Most cofounding attempts fall apart because expectations aren’t aligned from the start. Cofounder Hunt solves this by letting builders show what they’ve actually created: ideas, prototypes, MVPs, and real traction. With a visible track record, you can filter for people who match your pace, ambition, and execution style. Making cofounding smoother, faster, and far more reliable.

I create account and paste URL of my project, I didn't understand how it helps me to eliminate conflicts and skill gaps
@black_flag1 Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm happy to explain the concept behind Cofounder Hunt and how it differentiates from other platforms.
The goal isn’t just to list a project; it’s to give founders real context and transparency before teaming up. Most co-founder conflicts start because people don’t know each other’s actual track record, commitment level, or expectations. That’s what we’re solving.
On Cofounder Hunt, every founder can show:
• Proof of work: shipped products, demos, or prototypes
• Track record: revenue history, traction, or outcomes of past projects
• Endorsements: collaborators vouching for their experience
• Social verification: LinkedIn, X, and other links to confirm identity
This helps you quickly see whether a potential co-founder actually builds, ships, and follows through, reducing skill mismatches and the “we realized too late we weren’t aligned” problem.
Projects also help with conflict prevention. By outlining the equity split, role expectations, vesting time, responsibilities, and goals up front, you avoid the ambiguity that usually leads to disagreements later.
We’ll soon add legal document generation (founders’ agreements, equity terms, etc.), which will make this even clearer from day one.
If anything still feels unclear or you have ideas to improve the flow, I’d love to hear them. Your feedback helps us refine the platform.
