After a transformative stay at C0404 - Oaxaca, I wanted everyone to experience the community and growth I found there. But I realized most people don't know co-livings exist, they discover them through word of mouth, if at all. And even when they do, job insecurity and lack of flexibility keep them from going. I knew I needed to solve more than just discovery. People need sustainable income to travel long-term. CoDNX started as a co-living platform but evolved into something bigger: A network where nomads access affordable housing AND earn location- independent income. Teach workshops at local yoga studios, host experiences at tattoo shops, lead adventures, turn your skills into sustainable income anywhere. Now anyone can live affordably in co-livings while building income through peer-led experiences. Learn from locals, teach what you know, contribute to communities, and grow continuously.
