@benmlevy Besides the CMC event from earlier this week there are two major events impacting blockchain negatively in Asia right now: 1. There is a “lockout” of sorts in South Korea as they get their regulation in order and taxation underway. 2. China is hinting at regulating BTC mining. Next week should be interesting / bullish. Wall Street bonuses hit bank accounts on January 15. And the North American BTC Conference and the London Blockchain Summit are both coming up soon as well.

@aria_bos @muloka I'm not sure you can use this to arbitrage with. It's something weird that I don't follow. I deposited $100 worth of BTC and it showed as only 30% of what I actually deposited.

@benmlevy I hope you submitted a ticket to the support. If I’m not wrong and this continues to be the case, they are surely going to experience a huge inbound support calls.

@aaroniclee You're right.. why would the price be so different..? ETH is at $US996 right now while GDAX is showing $US1290... hmmmmmmmmmmm

@phillipprado Additionally, there are reports that people aren't receiving 100% of their deposits when depositing in crypto. These bugs are serious enough to stay clear of it.

@aaroniclee I guess only time will tell if this is worth paying attention to or not.

@aaroniclee That’s only for the USD pair, which afaik you need level 3 verification for. I don’t think many have done that yet. Deposits being slow: they just went from 3 currency pairs to adding I think 14 more. They’ll be spiking users and trying to deal with it. I think they mentioned manual auth of eth deposits a week or so ago. Hopefully they’ve got that automated now!
