Intriguing concept. We all know the internetz needs a better commenting system, or rather a commenting system that can't be polluted by spammers and other non-contributing folk. Civil comments is gonna be just that. Love it already.

Pricing is relative to how much a company will save instead of being priced for accessibility for the masses. Too bad. I'll never know if it really works or not.
