Citizn turns every resident into a real-time infrastructure watchdog. Unlike traditional complaint portals, Citizn lets people snap a photo, auto-capture location, and submit verified reports in seconds, even anonymously and offline. AI verification filters noise, while geo-smart routing helps agencies and governments prioritize critical fixes. Citizens track issues, upvote reports, and see progress, creating a transparent feedback loop that existing tools don't offer.

Demo video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/... We walk past a blocked drain and think, "Someone should fix this." But that blocked drain can become a flooded street, then a flooded neighborhood, then a flooded city. One ignored pothole becomes a fatal accident. One broken streetlight becomes a crime hotspot. One unreported issue becomes a crisis. The problem isn't just broken infrastructure; it's that small problems escalate into disasters. A blocked drain today can lead to a flood that kills 10 people and destroys millions in businesses tomorrow. A pothole can cause a fatal crash. A broken streetlight can enable violence. We're not just fixing potholes; we're preventing disasters. Traditional reporting is broken: long forms, unclear processes, no follow-up, and often no way to report anonymously. Critical issues go unreported, and governments lack real-time visibility into what's happening on the ground. By the time they notice, it's too late, lives are lost, economies are damaged, and communities are destroyed. I built Citizn because I was tired of watching preventable disasters happen. I wanted a tool that lets anyone, in 30 seconds, with just a photo, report infrastructure problems before they become catastrophes. No bureaucracy, no barriers, just citizens and their city working together. But reporting alone isn't enough. That's why Citizn feeds verified, anonymized data directly to aid agencies like WHO and government bodies. This creates accountability: when thousands of reports show a pattern of infrastructure failures, agencies can't ignore it. The data becomes evidence that drives policy, funding, and action. Citizn is about giving power back to people. It's about making every street safer, every neighborhood better, and proving that when citizens, governments, and aid agencies connect through real data, real change happens. This isn't just an app, it's a movement to make our cities work for everyone, one report at a time, backed by data that enforces accountability.
