Quick backstory: I'm a backend dev, not a designer. The UI is
functional but definitely not pretty. If there's a designer
reading this who cares about privacy and wants to collaborate,
I'd love to talk.
Also struggling with explaining E2EE to non-tech users. My mom
tried the app and said "what does encrypted mean?"
Current biggest challenge: How do I compete with Flo's massive
marketing budget when I have $0? Growth has been 100% word of
mouth so far.
Anyway, genuinely looking for brutal feedback. What am I missing?
