Chord Mate

Solo Startup #5 - Chord Mate 🎵🎵 I’m excited to announce the launch of my fifth service! Chord Mate is an app designed for hobbyist musicians who don’t have innate musical abilities like perfect pitch or relative pitch. It helps users create sheet music for songs they want to play but don’t have scores for. By analyzing music in real-time, the app identifies and displays the notes and chords being played. Developing this app gave me the opportunity to use Flutter for the first time, enabling me to expand my skills from web development to app creation and even app publishing. Of course, there’s still a lot of room for improvement. The code could use better organization, and the accuracy of note and chord detection is far from perfect. However, I’m committed to continuous improvement. Over time, I aim to refine ChordMate into a reliable companion app that hobbyist musicians around the world can enjoy.
