Most tools today are built for communication or documentation, but not for capturing the reasoning behind work. Chema began as a simple idea: what if teams had a workspace that could capture important moments and turn them into structured artifacts instead of letting them disappear in chat? As we built it, the vision expanded. We introduced agents that operate inside the workspace, a built-in CRM, and a system that connects decisions to outcomes.
