Hey, I'm sharing a tool I built for myself after getting tired of spending half a day fixing my certificate setup every year or two when something inevitably broke. It's designed to be set up once and then forgotten. Add a cron job, and your certificates renew automatically. Simple install, no package managers, no runtime dependencies beyond curl and openssl, a single config file, written by a human.
