Cavatim connects your lifetime goals to five-year, annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily plans, so you can take small steps around the rest of your life. Plan in a customisable notebook, keep appointments in your calendar, and bring together notes, recurring tasks, habits, journals and birthdays. See what is planned and what is complete without losing the bigger picture. Join the waitlist for the limited trial.

I've been using GPT-6 Astra in Codex to help build Cavatim and keep improving it. I'll explain how I want something to work, try it out, and then give feedback on what feels right and what needs changing.
That's included connecting lifetime goals through to the daily planner, refining the notebook design, and testing and fixing bugs. It's been a very hands-on process, turning the way I plan my own life into something that actually works as a site.
I love learning and being productive, and I've got lots of things I want to achieve. I built Cavatim around how I actually like to plan, with notebooks, a calendar and somewhere to put all the things I don't want to forget.
The main idea is that you start with your lifetime goals and break them down into the years, months and weeks ahead. Those goals then feed through into the relevant planners, so you can do a little each day towards them around work and the rest of your life. I wanted the bigger picture and the everyday plan to actually join up.
I've also built in a notepad, recurring tasks, habits, a journal and a birthday book, and you can choose how your planners and desk look. I really like the feel of a paper diary, so I wanted to keep that in the design too.
It's still early and I'm refining it as I use it. There's a waitlist for the limited trial at the moment. Hopefully other people will find this way of planning useful too. I'd love to hear what you like, what you'd change and what you think is missing!
