Heyyyy Product Hunt 👋 I built CastMe because I wanted a game that didn’t rely purely on letters, words, or objects, but people you may recognize. Instead of visuals, CastMe challenges you to guess a movie using only its cast — starting with the least recognizable actor and revealing more familiar names as you make guesses. It’s designed to reward real movie memory and that “wait… I know them” moment. There’s one shared puzzle each day, stats are tracked locally, and archived puzzles can be explored without affecting streaks or progress. The goal was to keep it lightweight, fair, and fun something you can play in a couple of minutes but think about longer.
