Why I Built This: I noticed rental companies struggling with disjointed workflows. They needed clear visibility of their fleets but also wanted their own booking websites. They aimed for B2B partnerships with hotels but lacked a proper system to support that. Each feature required another subscription or custom development. CarSphere brings everything together: - Manage your entire fleet with AI-powered maintenance insights - Allow customers to book directly through your custom-branded website - Let hotels and travel agencies book through the dispatcher system - Centralized document management: a Google Drive-style file uploader keeps all vehicle documents, contracts, and fleet paperwork in one place - Track everything with an integrated CRM, notes, and analytics - Support multiple currencies, which is essential for businesses serving international clients Current Status: We are live with several clients across Georgia, mainly serving car rental companies and taxi fleets. The platform is profitable, and we're constantly adding features based on real operator feedback.
