Career Compass

I initially began building this platform to allow for users to find a career path after testing it in the market it later became apparent that the bigger problem was in users not knowing what skills to acquire. This was especially stressed by techies due to the fast pace of the industry. Consequentially, we pivoted our solution to develop a tool that would scrape the job market for skills actually needed and in turn helping techies quickly compare that with their current skillset. This allows techies to quickly see what skill gaps they may currently have and develop a plan to plug those gaps.
