I've been a car2go customer in Portland for years. Love it. I'll be interested in the migratory patterns of cars in New York :) (Here's Portland )

@turoczy Agreed. Also wondering about the street parking situation. It's a b*tch even for people who knows the rules. I'm imagining a lot of cars getting towed, or some deal being made with the city to let them slide.

Excited to see these guys coming to New York City!

Love this idea. Wish there were four-seaters with a backseat too since the only time I ever need a car is when I'm transporting kids. Hopefully Phase II.

I was a customer hen I lived in DC. What made the experience incredible is that they let you pick up a car anywhere in the city and drop it off at your destination. Unlike zipcar, they don't require you to return the car anywhere. DC also allowed users to pack the car in spots that would otherwise be illegal. It's extremely convenient.

I signed up and used it last weekend in Brooklyn. Completely changes the game as compared to Zipcar -- no more stressing about getting the car back on time and optimizing the time reserved.

@kareemk That was definitely the most stressful part about Zipcar. This seems like it's going to be awesome
