In practice, installers care about the actual layout: cuts, row balance, slivers, and how patterns behave in irregular rooms. Calcufloor simulates the installation instead of estimating from area. You can draw any room shape, preview every cut, adjust centerlines and patterns, and generate exact piece counts based on the real layout outcome. This is especially useful when layouts become complex and ordering mistakes are costly.
