I built Budget Basket because I was tired of how frustrating grocery shopping had become. Every week I’d jot down a list in Notes, forget half of what I needed, and end up spending more than I expected. With grocery prices rising so quickly, I wanted something that made it easy to plan ahead, see what my total might be, and make better decisions without turning it into a chore.
