@jtriest While I agree that email content and privacy in general are highly important, any email client that you have ever signed in to (such as Mailbox, Gmail, Boxer) requested these permissions.

It will take a lot to get me to switch from Gmail but this looks very promising. But the real question is...does it work with MailTrack? @conradolamas

@mzuvella I guess that if we have enough requests for that integration, we might take a look at Brif and check if we could make a MailTrack version for that :) We're collecting feedback through BTW, like the idea of Brif -- but I'd put a better description of the product both here and on the landing page. fair enough - I'm more cynical than the average user. My eyes automatically start to roll when I hear: "Meet [startup name]." "We've designed email from the GROUND UP". "Simplicity is King", & "the modern user ..." then again - I'm the guy who decided to announce our acquisition with a video about penis doodles ;) (

Just as a general note—I'm always turned off by landing pages that only have a video option to explain the product, since I'm often in a situation where I can't watch a video, or I just don't want to stop my music to watch it. Is that just me?
