I built this platform because there’s a huge gap between learning to code and learning to work in a real software team. Many beginners can follow tutorials, but they’ve never collaborated with a PM, designer, tester, or DevOps engineer. They’ve never run standups, managed a backlog, opened PRs, or worked through a sprint. Yet the job market expects all of this, even for entry-level roles. Most juniors are told they “need experience,” but they don’t have experience because there are very few accessible opportunities to gain it. It’s a loop that keeps talented people stuck. That pain point inspired me. I’ve seen beginners struggle not because they lack skill, but because they’ve never experienced real-world team dynamics or workflow. What started as a simple “team project simulator” evolved into a more authentic system with: ✔ Dynamic team formation ✔ Defined roles (Frontend, Backend, PM, QA, Designer, DevOps) ✔ Milestone-based projects ✔ Standups, Kanban boards, tasks, and sprints ✔ Collaboration threads + GitHub integration The goal is to let people experience what it’s like to work in a real software team before they join one. I’m launching this early because your feedback is incredibly valuable.
