Super interesting! What differentiates this from the glut of other recruiting / hiring sites like Hired.com, WhiteTruffle, etc?

Breaz is a startup I found when sorting through my bookmarks, interestingly enough. I was attracted by it's design and felt it was an interesting share to the community - especially since PH's search engine hires from here. I think @breazio / @CorentinG should talk more about it though :)
