I've read the book a few years ago. It's very inspiring. Faltin is a professor in Berlin and wanted to show his students how to build a company. So he launched the Teekampagne. He specialized in a type of tea (Darjeling) and bought the tea directly in India. Then he sold the tea in large packages over the Internet. He was able to offer a better price, because there were no middlemen. He was able to offer the best quality. And the people of India were paid a higher wage. The book contains real examples and lots of good advice .
