BRAG is a AI-powered automatic career success tracker

BRAG is a simple, AI-powered career success tracker that helps young professionals grow their careers and get recognised for their work. It automatically transforms your weekly to-dos into a personalized “success list”: a record of your achievements which you can use for performance reviews, promotion pitch, CVs, job interviews, or linkedin posts. Unlike generic productivity tools or AI writing assistants, BRAG focuses on career growth and self-confidence, not just ticking boxes.

Hey guys 👋 I built BRAG because I’ve always struggled to talk about my own achievements at work. In 2024, one of my goals with my manager was to increase my visibility across the organisation. I was doing good work, but when it came to performance reviews, promotions, or interviews, I often froze. I didn’t have a clear record of what I’d done well, and I didn’t know how to talk about it confidently. When I spoke to friends and coworkers, I realised this wasn’t just my problem. A lot of young professionals struggle to track their wins day to day, and then panic when an important career moment comes around. So I decided to build something practical. BRAG automatically helps you capture your work achievements as they happen, so you’re not relying on memory months later. The goal is simple: make it easier to reflect, prepare, and talk about your impact when it actually matters. The process evolved a lot. I started with no real technical background and learned by building, testing, and talking to users. I joined the PLNT Leiden Startup Play program, did a demo day, ran workshops and interviews, and iterated constantly based on feedback. What started as a personal side project slowly turned into a tool others genuinely wanted. This is still a beta, and I’m very much learning in public. I’d love to hear your feedback, questions, or thoughts on how this could be better. Thanks for checking it out 💚
