Hello fellow Product Hunters! My Co-founders and I are excited to launch Boon today, we hope you get a chance to try it out and give us your honest feedback! The idea of Boon came about when at my day job at a startup, I was tasked with finding and implementing an AI driven chatbot for customer support and sales for the website. I set out to find a quick plug-and-play tool that I could tie my knowledge base to, and embed on our website to handle incoming enquires from website visitors and then capture the interested ones as leads into our CRM. What I quickly realised with many of the solutions out there was that they tended to focus on customer support and ticketing, and they had way too many customisations that made the experience to launch overwhelming and time consuming. Furthermore, many of the features that I needed were gated behind subscription tiers, and the free trials given simply weren't long enough for me to setup and test. Today we launch Boon to bridge that gap, a simple plug-and-play AI chatbot focused on what most small businesses struggle with - Lead generation and sales. With Boon, you simply customise your widget, upload your knowledge base and adjust your settings for the Lead Capture feature. Once embedded on your site, Boon will interact with customers and capture any interested visitors as leads. In Boon, you have a leads section where you can review conversations held with the prospect and with our AI summary mode and lead scoring, the complete conversation is summarised, and based on buying intent the lead is scored Hot, Warm or Cold.
