Hello Hunters! I'm the Manic Inventor. 👋
I built BlobCalc to bridge the gap between "black box" calculators and clunky spreadsheets. I wanted a sandbox where the math is transparent, the UI is clean, and sharing is instant.
To keep it 100% private, I dared myself to build this without a backend. Using LZ-string compression, your entire app title, logic, and variables, is packed into the URL hash.
This means:
Zero Database: Your data never touches a server.
Zero Tracking: Portable logic that lives only in the link.
Field-Ready: Send a "View Mode" link that looks like a custom dashboard on any screen.
BlobCalc is the first entry in the "Blob Suite"—a series of stateless tools I'm building for makers who value privacy and portability. I’ll be hanging out here all day to talk about LZ-encoding, the math engine, or the future of the Lab!
