Blinq is a free mobile app that enhances your mobile messaging by displaying integrated social media updates from multiple platforms. It works within your messaging apps and appears as a simple white dot in the upper right hand corner of your smart device. By tapping the dot, you can view recent and relevant social media updates from friends, family, business or media, all in one place.

Hey, I am Gal, Co-Founder @ Blinq We are proud to announce the birth of Blinq. We’ve been testing it in private beta for one month now and we're finally launching today with product hunt. We developed Blinq under the fundamentals of saving users’ time and removing the frustration of obtaining social updates from numerous sites. Just tap the dot, and voilà ! Our mission is to create a person-centric, personal social experience, delivering the information you want, when and where you want it. In terms of comments, suggestions, we would love to hear your feedback for discussion.

@galbracha thanks. I did signup. What was the reasoning for getting with Android first vs iOS?

Great concept from a super, passionate team. There's a ton of value in spotlighting relevant events across multiple social networks/channels to help you stay current with friends/colleagues/acquaintances. Kudos!

Very cool. A friend and I were just discussing the other day how nice it'd be to get a quick summary of someone's social media footprint right before chatting with them. It would allow for more relevant and tactful conversations. Am a fan. :)
