Hi Product Hunt — I built BizCard Go after realizing that recognizing text was only the first step. After a conference or client meeting, I still needed to verify the details, remember the context, find the person later, handle duplicates, and move the records into another tool. BizCard Go keeps that workflow focused: scan or upload, review, organize, search, and export. The free tier includes 30 AI scans each month. Current OCR support is English and Chinese, and I am stating that limit clearly while learning what users need next. I would especially value feedback from people who attend exhibitions, sales meetings, or networking events. If you try it with three to five cards, which fields fail most often, and what part of the follow-up workflow is still missing? Honestly the bulk upload feature is a lifesaver if you have a pile of cards from a conference. OCR was pretty solid on the test scans I did, just one weird misread on an email address.

Thanks for testing the batch workflow, Tunahan. The email misread is exactly the kind of detail I need. If you can share the fictional or redacted card language, layout, and which character changed, I can try to reproduce it without exposing anyone’s contact data. The review-before-save step helps catch this, but I’d still like to reduce the correction work.

Would love to see a way to tag contacts with custom labels like "Met at conference" or "Investor" so I can filter my library by context, not just by name. Right now I have to rely on the OCR notes field which gets messy fast when you scan dozens of cards in a week.

Thanks, Nurgül — that’s a useful distinction: notes preserve the conversation, while labels organize the library. Custom labels aren’t available today, so I’m logging this as a product requirement rather than promising it. Would you expect each contact to support multiple reusable labels, for example Event + Investor?

Which business-card fields fail most often in real scans?

I m looking for workflow-level feedback on BizCard Go, not votes. If you handle cards from events, sales meetings, or client visits, please try 3 5 fictional or redacted English or Chinese cards.

Suggested test: scan or upload, correct any OCR mistakes, search for one contact later, and export the records. Which names, companies, titles, phone numbers, addresses, or card layouts fail most often? Where does scan review search export feel unclear?
