Bid Arenas - Competitive bidding game on Polygon. Bid to win $1. Bids go into a game pool, which is divided into lots of $1. These lots are allocated to the highest bidder first, then in descending order of bid amount until the pool is exhausted. Play using USDC from your connected wallet. Try to get the lowest winning bid.
This is an idea for a game that I had twenty five years ago and only just got around to doing something about. It uses game theory to maximise return on a strict rules-based bidding auction. Who knows if it's going to appeal to people, but I'd regret it if I never did anything about it.
Crypto has allowed me to sidestep traditional finance to test this concept. I'm starting with very small amounts to minimise risk to myself and players.
