REALLY good episode with Tim Ferriss Best part is the discussion on habit forming and teaching others. Key point was to set the bar low and give yourself / others a high probability of success when starting a new habit. Good example was, if you don't floss your teeth. Start by only flossing the front two each night. Really easy & once you get into the habit, you can go forward and floss them all. Another great example. If someone is working on improving their diet. Try making tiny changes. If they drink 3 sodas a day. Replace one of them with a water. A lot of people fail because they go all in right at the beginning & it's overwhelming.
