Not sure if putting passwords on an immutable ledger is a good idea, even if they are encrypted, once they're out there you can't get them back.

@kartikcooks Yes it will be publicly viewable. However, to break the the encryption used (AES-256) it will take 300 billion billion billion billion billion billion years (source: https://www.eetimes.com/document...)

@mrenoon that’s true. putting PII like SSN, etc. on a public Blockchain (even encrypted), is a bad idea because one day new technology will be able to break today’s encryption methods even if it’s in the distant future. I guess with passwords you can always change them when that time comes, so I guess it’s not an issue here.

It seems like this project has been abandoned. Website is down, Chrome extension was last updated on June 26, 2018 and last GitHub commit is from June 28, 2018.
