Away From Keyboard is an app that reduces eye strain with reminders to take a break. AFK tracks movements on the mouse & keystrokes on the keyboard. After a certain interval, it notifies you to take a break & tells you to do some other activity to reduce eye strain. It takes care of your eyes for you without getting in the way.

I tend to forget to take breaks in front of the computer. Hours goes by and at the end of the day my eyes and my head hurt. AFK helps me taking short breaks, at least for my eyes, to avoid this.

I'm part of people who think breaks are important to keep being effective.
Pros:Great idea to avoid being stuck in front of your keyboard for too long. You're more effective after a small break !
Cons:I might be tired of seing the notification every X hours.
