Hey PH people 👋, I am Alisher and today I am sharing Avery with you.
I spent over 13 years at huge corporations and hired 200+ people across multiple countries and led recruitment processes for thousands of candidates.
And to be honest, I hated how broken recruitment was ⛓️💥
I spent more time screening resumes and doing admin work with Recruiters than actually building relationships with candidates. I'd waste weeks chasing the wrong candidates, only to realize too late that the job requirements weren't even right to begin with.
The worst part was that every hiring mistake cost the company €50K+ (honestly, even more, but that's the realistic average, I would say) and set teams back months. My managers were not happy I can tell you that much, but the most important insight for me was that hiring was based on a gut feel, not based on actual data, and that just didn’t sit right.

At Avery, user privacy is a top priority. We only use publicly available data, keep your information safe, and process everything in line with GDPR.
One caveat (for now), we have a 60 million vetted candidate pool in Avery, but mostly based in the EU. so if you are hiring from the US or other region outside Europe, you can still try it, but you will have to “look for someone in Paris” for example, to see it’s power. US market will be here as well soon.
