From patient privacy perspective, we have built a solution that doesnt capture and store any patient PII information, and the text to speech and to AI model, any personal info if captured in conversation, will be ignored and removed, which keeps us on top of any privacy concerns. For data security, we use a top industry standard cloud provider, with implementation of a highly secure and restricted technology. The solution also complies with any generic regulatory requirements as needed in most countries.
