Hi folks, we are happy to share the launch of our new app - ArtShow! This one is for young families, artists, and art enthusiasts... As parents of young kids, we've been inundated over the years with fantastic pieces of art and craft they've created at school and at home. Sadly we don't have a gallery to put it all in - so it tends to land on the fridge, then migrate to a cupboard, and eventually land in a box in the attic. Which is bit of a shame. We wanted a neat way to digitize, store, arrange, and print our kids' art onto useful formats, so it can be preserved, seen, and enjoyed. The concept of ArtShow was born, and we set about making it a reality! So here it is. There's 2 ways to get your physical and digital art into the app - via the camera function or image upload. Using the app to photograph physical art will dynamically clip out the background to the artwork, and both approaches will offer you a choice of image enhancements. Once added, you can attribute the artwork to artists and organise them with collections. You can also do some basic edits, download, and share your pictures directly from the app. If you wanted to enjoy your art collection back in the physical realm, ArtShow gives you a super easy way to create prints on a wide range of products and sizes, single prints and collages - perfect for gifts and home decor. Premium custom print products delivered direct to your door, we plan to expand this service beyond the US and UK quickly. Our goal is to become a valued and trusted partner to your artistic endeavours. To do this well we have to strive for commercial viability, so we have a 'freemium' subscription model for the digital side of things, and a Shop for buying physical custom prints. Our free plan lets you add 12 pictures to the app, and our subscriptions start for the price of a coffee a month - and also gives you a discount in the Shop. We look forward to any feedback the community can provide, and are excited to see how we can grown and develop it further!
