I started ArtGraduates in December 2006 as simple static HTML pages, slowly adding profiles of art school graduates from around the world. It lived at art-graduates.com back then – later I got the cleaner domain without the hyphen. My goal was to create the simplest possible connection between artists and collectors, curators, buyers. No algorithm deciding who gets seen. No pay-to-play. No endless feed drowning everyone in noise like Instagram does. Just a clean, curated directory where artists can set up, edit or delete their profiles in minutes, and collectors can browse or search and contact artists directly. Technologically it's intentionally basic. The real core is offline: ArtGraduates Selections chosen by an international commission, printed catalogs, exhibitions, collectors nights. The website is just the starting point. After almost 20 years I'm relaunching it properly. Curious what you think.
