Arco is a free, open-source Codex plugin for managing GitHub and Linear issues. You can - View issues in chat, in a side panel, or full screen. - Create, close, and reopen issues. - Add comments. - Select passages from issues and add them to your next Codex prompt. Arco runs locally on your machine. No server hosting required🎻

Hi Product Hunt! I'm sharing my personal project today!
I didn't like to switch apps only to see or edit issues. So I made one!
Once you setup Arco, you can control issues inside Codex. You can even annotate some specific sentences of issues!
The gallery demos use fictional issues; typing and some waits are sped up.
I'd love feedback on the first-time setup and selected-context workflow. Where does moving between issues and your coding conversation slow you down?
Selecting a few lines from an issue for the next prompt is a nice detail. It lets you keep the wording of the problem in front of the coding agent.
@oleksii_sekundant thx!
The selected-passage detail is the part that stuck with me — keeping the exact wording in front of Codex beats paraphrasing an issue from memory. When you pick passages in the side panel, do they carry over if you switch to the full-screen view, or do you have to reselect them?
