8BitDo's Arcade Controller Pro is built for fighting games, with buttons instead of a joystick. It has a compact layout, five programmable buttons and a 1.47-inch screen. You can check inputs, remap buttons and change SOCD modes right on the controller.
There's a metal lock to keep the USB-C cable in place, a rear release to lift off the glass faceplate and swap mechanical switches, and five flat lock caps tucked inside the magnetic wrist rest for buttons you keep hitting by accident. A side dial also turns on Tournament Lock.
It's $119.99 and ships next month for Windows, Switch and Switch 2.
