It was when I saw my wife (Ara) using paper and pencil to control her expenses, that I decided to start creating this application. I wanted something quick, easy to pick up, and very inexpensive for managing our finances. Your company can choose to buy an exclusive license of Ara Spends’ source code. DIDIER VALENTIN hereby grants to LICENSEE a transferable, exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, paid-up license : (i) to reproduce and use the Application and Source Code everywhere ; (ii) to make backup copies (either in hardcopy or electronic form) of the Source Code and the Application ; (iii) to store the Application and the Source Code in a source code repository ; (iv) to create modifications and other derivative works of the Application and the Source Code ; (v) to compile the Source Code, including any modifications and derivative works ; (vi) to reproduce an unlimited number of the Application and the Source Code for physical or programmatically incorporation into other projects (Target Application) ; (vii) and to market, sell and distribute the Source Code and the Application or any derivative works.
