I built this for me: progressive overload tracking and calorie/macro logging without subscription bullshit. Simple cut/bulk/maintain plans with daily targets. No gamification, no upsells, no hand-holding. If you're past the beginner phase and need a tool that gets out of your way, use it. If not, don't. Free forever.

I was paying for apps that treated me like a revenue stream instead of someone trying to get stronger. Every feature locked behind "premium." Social feeds I didn't ask for. Gamification that insulted my discipline. I needed two things: track progressive overload, log calories. Everything else was noise. So I built exactly what I needed. No more, no less. If it works for others at the same point in their journey, cool. If not, I'm still using it every day.
