I built App Hive because, as an indie Android developer, the "12 testers for 14 days" requirement felt like a nightmare. Getting people to install your app is one thing; keeping them active for two full weeks is another. I got tired of chasing friends or dealing with "ghost" testers in forums who uninstall the app after 2 days, resetting my progress. I realized we didn't just need a list of testers; we needed a system that enforces commitment. That's why I created the "Hive Model": Instead of random exchanges, you join a dedicated group (a Hive).
